Location
From South Lake Tahoe, take HWY 89\US-50 west towards Sacramento for approximately ten miles where you'll turn left at Sierra-at-Tahoe Rd. Shuttle service is available from several locations in South Lake Tahoe. Bus service is available from Reno and the Bay area.
Season/Hours
Sierra is generally open from mid-November to mid-April. Lift hours are 8:30am to 4pm and weekdays 9am to 4pm.
Mountain Services
Sierra offers a variety of on mountain services including equipment rentals and demos, equipment tuning and repair, retail stores, kid’s clinics, child care, lessons, and a variety of dining options.
